Dark chocolate Velvet spray 100ml.
With this spray you can create a velvet effect on cakes, ice creams, mousses and more.

Instructions: Shake well before use. Make sure that the product is liquefied (the can should have a temperature between +25°C and +35°C). Make sure the product has been stored at room temperature (+20°C/+25°C) for at least two hours before use. Before using the product, heat it in water at about +35°C to melt the cocoa butter. Spray a thin, even layer on the cold surface you want to treat, at a distance of about 20-25cm.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, colouring: E120, E172, propellant: E943a, E943b, E944.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place at a maximum temperature of 50°C. Protect from sunlight.
