A topping with the addictive flavour of salted butter caramel with a touch of cocoa, ready to use!
BAM's salted caramel topping adds a luxurious flavour to any chocolate or nut ice cream, and is also great on classic vanilla ice cream. The added salt (fleur de sel) further enhances the flavour of the caramelised sugar, creating a topping that is both bakeable and freezable thanks to its creamy texture. Rice pudding, chocolate brownies or pancakes will now taste richer. Salted caramel can also be used as a topping for cakes or eaten cold with a spoon.
- Ingredients: Vegetable oil (sunflower), sugar, whey powder (milk), whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, fleur de sel (0.4%), low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings, colouring: paprika extract, antioxidant: rosemary extract and E304. May contain gluten, eggs, peanuts and other nuts.
